Shipping Information
Moongle, Inc., (ProjectorLampUSA.com) ships your orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Depending on shipping method selected, allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates is determined by order destination and weight of the package. Shipping rate estimate is available during the checkout process.
We offer shipping within the USA only. All orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours during business hours unless specified otherwise. UPS shipping time usually take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. However, it may take longer during the holiday peak seasons.
Products are sent directly to the address stated in your "BILLING INFORMATION" unless you have specified another "SHIPPING INFORMATION" during the check out process. Alternative shipping address entered (not the same as Billing Address) are subject to phone verifications by Moongle, Inc. This may potentially delay shipping time.
Delivery Guarantee: We stand behind all products we offer and take extended measures to ensure your order arrive in perfect condition. If your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition (or with apparent damage to the box and possible product within), do not open the box and please email us immediately at cust.service@projectorlampsusa.com and our customer service will assist you in replacing the order as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before we ship out your package free of charge. Once your package is shipped and you still would like to cancel your order, please follow the RETURN POLICY below.
Return Policy
At anytime within 21 days after the date of purchase, you may request for return of un-opened or un-used product(s) to ProjectLampsUSA.com, for a refund. Please email us at cust.service@projectorlampsusa.com within 21 days of purchase for return authorization and instructions. NOTE: Shipping Charges (to and from) are non-refundable.
Items that are in unsellable condition, or is damaged due to poor return shipping packaging will be subject to a 20% (of your purchase price) restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back to us in its original packaging with protective stuffings. Please consider insuring your return shipment due to the nature of products being shipped. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments.
Warranty & RMA Policy
All items come with a 90 day warranty, effective on the date of Invoice, except clearance items, which are final sales. No exception. To avoid the item warranty to be void, we suggest you to install and test the replacement lamp(s) after you receive it, even if you are purchasing the lamp(s) as spare replacement lamp(s). Warranty does not cover damages resulted from improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation. All defective items under warranty must be returned to ProjectorLamsUSA.com (buyer is responsible for prepaid returned shipping charges) before ProjectorLampsUSA.com can send you the new replacement.
NOTE: If a claim is filed within the 90 day warranty period, the warranty for the replacement item(s) is under the original 90 day warrangy, from the date of Invoice of the original item.
For Warranty/RMA claims, please email our customer service at cust.service@projectorlampsusa.com for a claim number. Only after a claim number is assigned will you be asked to ship the item back to ProjectorLampsUSA.com. In your Warranty/RMA request email, please include:
- Original order number
- Item model number for which the claim is for
- Your contact information (day time phone number)
- Brief description regarding the state of the item the claim is for
Upon receiving the above information, our customer service will provide a claim number for your record. In addition, the return shipping instruction will also be provided.
Due to the nature of item(s) being shipped, items returned must be in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the RMA number assigned by the customer service agent. NOTE: Item received without RMA number will delay the process by up to 10 business days.
